She is survived by her son Dick Andrews and his wife, Leslie; her daughter Marianne Wood and her husband, Larry; and her daughter Jane Hutchens and her husband, Kenneth. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Matthew Andrews and his wife, Vanessa; Laurie Wood Weatherly and her husband, Cale; Scott Andrews and his wife, Melissa; Peter Wood and his wife, Xi; Shelby Hutchens and Peyton Hutchens. In addition, Marjorie is survived by three great-grandchildren: Coralee and Cason Andrews, and Margot Weatherly. The family wishes to thank the staff of Wesley Court, Lyndale Memory Care, Hospice of the Big Country and Visiting Angels for demonstrating the kindest of care to Marjorie.
A private memorial celebration is planned. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marjorie’s name may be made to The National WASP WWII Museum, 210 Avenger Field Road, Sweetwater, Texas 79556 or to the Abilene Philharmonic Orchestra Association, 401 Cypress Street, Suite 520, Abilene, Texas 79601.
