Zachary Pierce Robinson

Zach Robinson, 20, died Sunday, October 1, 2006 in Abilene. A funeral service, with Dr. Phil Christopher officiating, will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2006 in The First Baptist Church of Abilene. Burial will follow in Elmwood Memorial Park under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. There will be a visitation at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Zach was born March 24, 1986 in Abilene, Texas to Matt and Paige Pierce Robinson. He loved sports and was a member of the Cooper High School golf team. He graduated from Cooper High School and was attending Cisco Junior College. He was always ready for a round of golf with friends. Zach enjoyed snow skiing in the mountains with his family. His life was filled with the joys of music and guitar. An Abilene native, he was a member of The First Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Zach is survived by his brother, Nathan D. Robinson of Abilene; his grandparents, Dub and Betsy Pierce and Raymond and Rita Robinson of Abilene. Surviving aunts and uncles include; Mark and Gilda Pierce, Jay and Kim Miers, Kyle and Didi Pierce, Carl and Evelyn Moser, Ellen Daulton, Phillip and Lisa Robinson all of Abilene, and Raymond and Jackie Robinson of Santos, Texas and several cousins.
