William L.S. Yeh

William L.S. Yeh, M.D. 85, died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at his residence in Abilene, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 1, at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene. No services are scheduled. Born on July 22, 1927 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, he received his PhD, D.Sc. and M.D. from the University of London, England, and received training in radiology at the University of Chicago, Illinois. He married Gwennie on October 25, 1958. Survivors include his wife Gwennie Yeh; two daughters - Jennifer Jay, husband Edmund Jay, with grandchildren Billy and Ashley Jay; and Amelia Yeh, husband Larry Lin, with grandchildren Sabrina and Spencer Lin.
