William A. Paul, Jr.

William Arthur Paul, Jr. 87, passed away the morning of January 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sarah Ann Paul, and his son, Richard Lee Paul. Mr. Paul served a distinguished career in the United States Army as well as the Marines. After leaving the military service, he served as a police officer for Abilene Police Department for 11 years before becoming Chief of Police for the city of Graham, TX for 22 years. Survivors are his daughter, Vicki Lynn Podesta and her husband Derek of Krum, TX, son David G. Paul and his wife Christine M. Paul of Abilene, and his beloved Boston Terrier, Sissy. Private family services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Rd.
