Toi Ann (Pinkston) Sanders, 62 years old of Abilene, passed away peacefully on September 1st, 2023 in Abilene.
Visitation will be 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Thursday September 7th at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 – 2:00pm (Central Time), Thursday September 7th 2023
at The Hamil Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories.
Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road.
Toi Ann (Pinkston) Sanders was born in Amarillo Texas to Floyd Gerald Pinkston Sr. and Judy Jo (Lucero) Pinkston on October 30th 1960. She went to school in Abilene. She graduated from O.H. Cooper High School where she enjoyed participation in the choir. She worked in the food service industry most recently at Hendrick Medical Center. Toi enjoyed art, painting and making pottery and crochet.
Some of her favorite memories included fishing and camping and spending time with family and friends.
Toi was preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memories are her children, Crystal Lee Gilbert (Nathan), Stephen Bradley Walker (Kara) and McKenzie Dierrique Sanders; Grandson Luke Bradley Walker; Brothers- Terrance Lee Pinkston Sr. (Donna), Floyd Gerald Pinkston Jr. (Beth); Nephews- Terrance Lee Pinkston Jr. (Giovanna) and Floyd Gerald Pinkston III.
Pallbearers will be- Stephen Bradley Walker, McKenzie Dierrique Sanders, Nathan Gilbert, Terrance Lee Pinkston Sr., Floyd Gerald Pinkston Jr., Terrance Lee Pinkston Jr., Floyd Gerald Pinkston III.
Memorials may be given to Hendrick Hospice Care.
