Tamara “Tammy !” Wilson, 48, died Monday, November 17, 2014 in Abilene, Texas. Please help celebrate Tammy’s life by wearing her favorite color, pink. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20, at the Abilene State Supported Living Center Chapel with Dr. Bill Spencer officiating, directed by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Gainesville, Texas, with Tammy’s brother-in-law, David Earl Brantley, officiating. Born in Glendale, California on June 10, 1966, Tammy was the daughter of Shirley (Reasor) Wilson and the late Homer Stevens Wilson. Tammy is survived by her mother, Shirley Wilson-Sturm of Gainesville, Texas; four siblings, Cynthia Brantley and husband David of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Patty Hill of Ardmore, Constance L. Galubenski of Gainesville, and Mike Wilson and wife Carrie of Mesquite, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
