Steven Blaine Thomas

Steven Blaine Thomas, 57, of Abilene, TX. passed away on June 25, 2018 in Abilene.

Visitation will be Friday, June 29, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene.

Memorial services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home with Ray Thompson and Bill Thomas officiating. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road.

Steven was born in Altus, Oklahoma to Blaine and Jeneve (Bila) Thomas on August 4, 1960.  He and Shawna Pendley were married on March 21, 2006 in Lubbock, Texas. Steven worked in construction and in the oil field.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his mother-in-law, Daphna Pendley. 

Steven is survived by his wife Shawna of Abilene; two sons, Jared Simpson and wife Ashley of Odessa, Texas and Steven Boyer of Abilene; two daughters, Lexi Davis and Jamie Boyer both of Abilene; one brother, Bill Thomas and wife Kim of Brownwood, Texas; his father-in-law, Gary Pendley of Lubbock, Texas; brother-in-law, Mark Pendley and wife Sarah of San Antonio, Texas; nephew, Mikel Thomas of Tampa, Florida and niece, Anna Morgan of Abilene; eight grandchildren, Kendal, Kashlyn, Kori, Jace, Easton, Brooklyn, Caiden and Colton; and several grand pets.
