Stephanie Dawn Stanley

Dawn Stanley, age 34, died Sunday, July 10, 2005 in Charlotte, N. Carolina. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 16th, @ 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Abilene with Dr. Phill Christopher and Russell Forest Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Memorial Park under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, July 15th from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Rd. in Abilene. Stephanie Dawn Stanley was born on March 18, 1971 in Irving, Texas to parents Richard Dean Stanley, M.D. and Linda Joy Smith Stanley. Dawn graduated from Cooper High School, attained her degree in Oral Communication from Baylor University and then got her Masters in Education from St. Edwards in Austin. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Abilene. Dawn is survived and lovingly remembered by her parents: Dr. Richard D. and Linda Stanley of Abilene; two brothers: Richie Stanley and wife, Gabby, and Russell Forest Stanley and wife, Lauren, all of Abilene. Also grandparents: Frances Stanley of Abilene and Judge J.L. & Joy Smith of San Augustine.
