Stanley Goldsmith, 67, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Mineral Wells, Texas. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, July 28, 2016 at First Baptist Church with Dr. Phil Christopher of First Baptist Church and Dr. Jeff Reid, officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home. Stanley was born in Abilene, Texas to Carroll and Harriann Goldsmith on May 18, 1949. He graduated from Abilene High School. He married Sandra Ramsey on June 18, 2011. He was the owner of H & G Construction. Stanley was preceded in death by his mother, Harriann Goldsmith and his sister, Cindy Goldsmith. Stanley is survived by Sandra Ramsey Goldsmith of Keller, TX, Bryan and Stephanie Goldsmith of Keller, TX, Alan and Elena Goldsmith of Alpine, TX, Jarrad Ramsey of Irving, TX, Ed and Leigh Ann Bradley of The Woodlands, TX, Nick and Michelle Ramsey of Irving, TX, Carroll Goldsmith of Abilene, TX, Randy and ML Goldsmith of Austin, TX and Gary and Sandy Goldsmith of Abilene, TX as well as his 11 beautiful grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ed Fourton, Allan Frizzell, Jack Kiser, Johnny Lopez, Connie Mac Skaggs, Randy Spiva, Santos Rodriquez and John Weeks. Honorary pallbearers will be Phillip Ashby, Brian Bluhm, Rob Cunningham, Tony Dycus, Kris Harbin, Steve Keenum, Scotty Lindley, Larry Pearce and Danny Stevens.
