Sienna Gray Molina, 3, peacefully passed away October 21st after a hard fought, year and a half battle with leukemia. She left this world while in the loving arms of her mom and dad and is now letting her light shine in heaven.
Sienna was born on June 16, 2020, in Abilene, Texas to proud parents Tony and Danielle Molina. Sienna was the youngest of three girls in the house with her doting sisters Rylen and MaClay working to keep her smiling and entertained. Sienna was diagnosed with leukemia in February of 2022 and initially achieved remission upon her induction round of chemotherapy. Sienna later relapsed in June of 2023 and given a terminal diagnosis after subsequent treatments were not effective. At this time, the family’s focus shifted toward making her remaining days as magical as possible. This included a family trip to the beach, horseback riding in full cowgirl attire, meeting the HSU 6 White Horses, and numerous family and friend celebrations to be capped off with an overwhelming parade involving the Abilene community.
The family is forever grateful for the love and support received from friends, family, and the community during this time. We’d also like to thank the medical team of doctors, nurses, and staff at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth where Sienna spent her final days. Dr. Heym, Dr. Vallance, and Amy Bayles made a lasting impression on our family for being everything and more during this process.
