Regena Gay Weaver

Regena Gay Weaver, 59, of Abilene Texas, passed away October 22, 2016 in Abilene Texas. Visitation will be held from 12 to 1:45 PM with services to follow at 2 PM on Wednesday, October 26th at The Hamil Family Funeral home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene. Minister James Crim will be officiating the service. Regena Gay Weaver was born in Lubbock, Texas to Celia and Bill Harwell on December 21, 1956. She graduated from Abilene high school. Regena married Kenny Weaver on October 14, 1978 in Abilene, Texas, she retired from the Abilene state school after 20+ years of service. Regena was preceded in death by her parents Celia and Bill Harwell and her sister Kim Robinson. Regena is survived by her loving husband Kenny Weaver her sister Jennifer Vann and her brothers Pat and Mike Harwell. Regena was a very special person who touched so many lives with her compassion and caring heart. She will be deeply missed.
