Ralph Wayne Foster
Ralph Wayne Foster, 52, died Tuesday, December 12, 2006 in Abilene. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. David Cason officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Ralph was born August 19, 1954, to Ralph F. Foster and Doyce (Neimeyer) Foster in Russellville, Arkansas. He retired as a SSGT of the United States Air Force as an inventory management specialist. He was an Abilene resident for several years before returning permanently in 1999. He enjoyed bowling and bowled in the "Tuesday Night Men's League". At the time of his death, Ralph was employed as a material handler for the 7th Services Squadron, at Dyess Air Force Base. Ralph was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and two brothers. He is survived by a host of friends, including Mike Stringfellow.
