PaPerry, as he was known to most, was a loving and devoted husband of 53 years, a gentle and kind dad. PaPerry loved his grandkids and especially the great grandkids. You could find him most days at a local gym or baseball field. He was always dressed for whatever team he was supporting, whether it was red & blue or maroon & white, from head to heart he was a devoted fan!
Perry leaves his wife, Betty (Burns) Mullis of Abilene; his daughter, Alecia Linahan and her husband Butch Linahan of Hamby; two grandsons, Shaine Evans and girlfriend Missy Motes of Abilene, and Kevin Evans and his wife Emily of Anna, Texas; and three great grandchildren, Gage, Aspen and Kinley. He had one sister, Evelyn Flanagan who preceded him in death, and two brothers, Charles Mullis and his wife Jerry of Snyder, Texas and Jimmy Mullis and his wife Janet of Justin, Texas. He is survived by one aunt, Coleta Fenley of Robert Lee, and numerous nieces and nephews. Perry never met a stranger, so the list of friends is endless. He leaves a great legacy in his family and friends.
