Paul Henry Galloway, 64, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, in Plano, Texas.
The son of Virginia (Peel) and Henry Galloway, he was born on May 1, 1946 in Roosevelt, Texas. He grew up in Buffalo Gap, Texas. As a boy, he was baptized in the Baptist Church. He graduated from Wylie High School in 1964, and served a short time in the US Army. Paul lived most of his life in the Fort Worth area. He worked in the roofing and construction business most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant brother, Steven Galloway.
Paul is survived by his sons and their spouses, Sean Galloway and Lacey of Plano, TX and Adam Galloway and Heather of North Richland Hills, TX; the mother of his sons, Veda Galloway of Fort Worth; and three granddaughters, Destiny Galloway, Kloey Galloway and Haley Galloway all of North Richland Hills. Survivors also include two sisters and their spouses, Peggy Dunn and Lynn of Abilene and Patricia Oatman and Bob of Round Rock, TX; two aunts, Dorothy Brown of Early, TX, and Helen Wilkes of Fort Worth; five nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Buffalo Gap Cemetery with Larry Don Brookreson officiating.
