Patricia "Trish" Johnston, 54, died Sunday, March 11, 2012 at an Abilene medical center.
Born in Abilene, Texas on November 6, 1957, Trish was the daughter of Wilma A. (Milliorn) Johnson and the late Robert H. Johnson. She held an associate degree, and was a photographer in her own business, Trish's Treasures. She was a member and elder at Brook Hollow Christian Church.
Trish married Bobby Earl Johnston on January 1, 2000 in Abilene.
Trish is survived by her husband, Bobby Johnston of Abilene; mother, Wilma Johnson of Abilene; and sister, Danette Sides of Tuscola. Survivors also include four stepdaughters, Lisa Johnston of Dallas, Donna Ames of Cross Plains, Tracy Terrill of Lawton, Oklahoma and Lori Crisp of Cotulla, Texas; those to whom she was a second mother, Jennifer Clark, Jacob Clark, Stephanie Sides, Graycie Pearce, Emily Pearce, Kensie Bowen, Ryleigh Bowen, Miley and Jaylynn; and grandchildren, Josey Johnston, Delaney, Shelby and Darin Ames, Colton and Abby Terrill, and Holden and Hadley Crisp, as well as a very special friend, Chula Hart.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, at Brook Hollow Christian Church with Rev. Dave Hargrave officiating. Interment will follow in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories Cemetery directed by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Rd. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
