Patricia Ann Aley

Patricia Ann Aley, 74, of Abilene, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012. Born in Hobbs, New Mexico on June 22, 1937, Pat was the daughter of Cecil Maurice Bell and Julia Mae Williams Bell. She attended school in New Mexico and Texas and finished high school in Denver City, Texas before attending and graduating from Sul Ross University. Pat married Blaine Edward Aley and for over 40 years they made their home in Pennsylvania. She returned to Texas a few years ago to be close to her family here. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Pat is survived by her sister, Barbara Bell Ray of Abilene; one niece Dana Blair of Carlsbad, NM; one nephew, Michael Ray of Arlington; as well as several great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation services were by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road.
