Pat Ralston

Pat Ralston, 74, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at Windcrest Alzheimers Care Center in Abilene. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 2, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Fred Nawarskas officiating, directed by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Rd., Abilene. A rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pat was born in Springdale, Pennsylvania on August 1, 1937. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Pat was an avid golfer and loved to fish and walk at Redbud Park. She had also volunteered for the American Red Cross. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Gladys Ganter McClowry and Charles McClowry; daughter-in-law, Shirley Ralston; son, John Ralston; and husband, John "Jack" Ralston. Survivors include her son, Jeffrey Ralston and wife Janet of Annandale, Virginia; daughter, Janice Reeves and husband Danny of Abilene; two brothers, Charles McClowry of California and Richard McClowry of Pennsylvania; and six grandchildren, Jason Bothner, Julia McRoberts, Gabriel Ralston, John Ralston, Maria Ralston and Kelcie Reeves.
