Obed Issai Barraza

Obed Barraza, 22, of Abilene, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 in Abilene. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday, September 4th at The Hamil Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 5th at The Hamil Family Funeral Home with Tim Archer officiating. Burial will follow at the Elmwood Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene. Obed was born in Parral Chihuahua, Mexico on July 14, 1995. He graduated from Cooper High School in 2013. He worked as a caregiver at the Abilene State School. He is survived by his parents, Marisa & Howard Ware. Brothers & sister, Michael Ware, Angela Ware & David Ware. Grandmother, Guadalupe Torres Cabanas of Parral Chihuahua and far too many loved ones to list. Pallbearers will be David Fernandez, Malcom Banks, Erik Ramos, Jacob Borrego, Colton Johnson & Cameron Patocka.
