Marcia Sue Faulkner Easley, 57, of Lawn, Texas passed away on July, 3 after her courageous battle with cancer.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July, 6 at Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July, 7th at Dewy Cemetery, located on FM 382, west of Lawn.
Marcia was born in Abilene, Texas to Kenneth and Sue Faulkner on December 14, 1958. She graduated from Cooper High School in 1977. She was a favorite waitress at Taylor's Café and Cracker Barrel Restaurant and finished her career at Abilene State Supported Living Center. The family would like to give a special thank you to her ASSLC family.
Marcia had a vivacious personality and shared her artistic eye with her friends and family. She was a truly gifted artist as well as a loving grandmother, mother, sister, and aunt.
Survivors include her daughter, Tabatha Sumrall and husband Andy Young; and sons Tom and Trevor Easley; and her three precious grandchildren; four brothers, Don Faulkner (Margie), Ronnie Faulkner (Marilyn), Gary Faulkner (Nancy) of South Dakota, Frank Faulkner (Krystal) and one sister Gail Faulkner. Her parents preceded Marcia in death.
Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. The family of Marcia wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Hendrick Hospice Care.
