Louise "Molly" Lowman Clemmer, 74, died Wednesday, August 10, 2011, in Abilene, Texas.
The daughter of Artie Alma (Hunt) and Herman Wise Lowman, she was born on August 25, 1936 in Robstown, Texas. She was born on earth to bloom in Heaven.
Molly married Cloise Ellis Clemmer in July of 1975. She was a loving wife and mother, and a very talented artist and gardener. She lived for her children, enjoying each precious moment of their lives.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Brett Dean Clemmer and Eric Lauson Clemmer; her parents; a sister, Nadine Brown; and two brothers, Bernie Lowman and Joe Lowman.
Molly is survived by her husband, Cloise Ellis Clemmer of Abilene; three daughters and their husbands, Shannon and Dennis Bishop of Sachse, Texas, Heidi and Kirk Ressmann of Tyler, and Jody and Cody Cory of Hawley; one son and his wife, Clay and Jennifer Clemmer of Tyler; ten grandchildren, Kristin, Ross, Brooke, Megan, Lindsey, Trenton, Tallon, Emily, Colin and Conner; and three great-grandchildren, Avary, Lilly and Hunter. Survivors also include a brother, Bruce Lowman and wife Cora Sue of Corpus Christi; a sister, Lois Lowman of San Antonio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 12, at Clear Fork Baptist Church in Hawley with Rev. Larry Tarver officiating, directed by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Private family burial will be at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery at Abilene.
