She then moved with her family to the Jones County Community where she grew up and attended school at Turners Chapel. Lillie worked in the restaurant business starting in the 1930's and in 1939, while working at the Dixie Pig, she met her husband Frank. While raising her family she worked for many years at the Saddle and Sirloin. She and her husband also owned and operated restaurants in Cross Plains and Brownwood, Texas. Lillie and Frank, with their children, were members of Corinth Baptist Church. In their later years they were members of Faith Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her great-granddaughter, Kelly Drury Burkhart. Lillie is survived by her husband, Frank, of Abilene, three daughters, Gloria Richardson and husband Roy, of Abilene, Deanna Slater and husband Allen, of Graham, and Jean Baker, of Abilene; three sons, Billy Hagar and wife Sharon, of Abilene, Ronnie Hagar and wife Betty, of Abilene, and Don Hagar, of Mansfield; one brother, J.R. Moore, of Abilene; 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren were her life, and as she would often say, "I love you with all my heart and I've got a big old heart", and she definitely did. The family would like to give special thanks to Sears Hospice for all their care and comfort. Memorials may be made in Lillie's honor to the donor's favorite charity.
