Leah Renee Sivley

One of God’s special angels has gone home to the loving arms of Jesus on Wednesday morning, February 24, 2016. Leah Renee Sivley was born on December 8, 1982 in Abilene, Texas. Leah touched the lives of so many and was a blessing to all who knew her. She could always bring a smile when in a playful mood. Leah had a way to strengthen those who knew her – she was such a fighter and a dear to all. Leah is survived by her mother, Candice Hernandez, and father, Roger Sivley and wife Mary of Buffalo Gap; sister, Rachelle Sivley, and Leah’s nephews, Christian Hernandez and Austin Wyatt; two brothers, Darryl and David Wyatt; and aunts, Deborah Davis of Abilene and Robbie Grounds of Fort Worth. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, at Buffalo Gap Church of Christ. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene. Memorial gifts to your favorite charity, in lieu of flowers, are appreciated.
