Lanetta Jo Timmons Mobley
Lanetta Jo Timmons Mobley, 64, of Abilene, died Saturday, October 24, 2009, in Abilene.
Born in Abilene, Texas on February 26, 1945, she was the daughter of Lanetta Pearl (Bishop) and Jack Carl "J.C." Davenport. She was a homemaker.
Jo was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jackie Davenport and Eddie Davenport.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Mobley of Lexington, Oklahoma; two sons, Stoney Timmons and wife, Brenda, of Converse, TX, and Clint Mobley and girlfriend, Nikkie Duvall, of Noble, OK; four daughters, Renee Shook and husband, Gaylon, Cathy Lambert and husband, Bobby, and Shanon Mullins and husband, Russell, all of Abilene, and Karry Clinch and husband, Mike, of Carmel, Maine; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Jo is also survived by six stepsons, Jim Mobley, Jr., Glen Allen Mobley, Sterlin Wayne Mobley, Michael Lynn Mobley, Wilburn Lee "Rusty" Mobley, and Jerry Don Mobley; one brother, Michael Horton of Seagoville, TX; three sisters, Eula Ann Outlaw and husband, Tino Acosta, of Abilene, Freda Gillespie of Sherman, and Trish Falcon of Richardson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in The Hamil Family Funeral Home Chapel, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene.
