Kelly Lee Sanderlin

Kelly Lee Sanderlin, 53, of Abilene, passed away on March 17, 2013 in Dallas, TX. A visitation and celebration in honor of Kelly's life will be held at Nelson Park Festival Gardens at Abilene Zoo from 6 pm to 10 pm on Monday, April 1. Please bring your family and your stories and join his family in a party to honor his memory. Local arrangements are by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Kelly Sanderlin was born in Salem, OR to Dorothy Virginia McKloskey and Russell Guy Sanderlin on March 23, 1959. He married Brigit O'Hara on June 20, 1983 in Portland, OR. Kelly graduated from Albany High School in 1977 and from Cisco Junior College in 1998. He worked as a sales representative at Hamilton Supply for the last 11 years. Kelly was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Virginia McKloskey Lowry and Russell Guy Sanderlin. Kelly is survived by his first wife, Brigit Pearson; his daughters, Iva Patricia Sanderlin and spouse, Jeremy Mock, and Jennifer Lee Giesler and spouse, Shannon Giesler; a brother, Russell Sanderlin and spouse Sheryl Sanderlin, a sister, Sandra Griffin and spouse, Hal Griffin; and three very special grandchildren, Tristan Giesler, Lillian Virginia Hollis and Briana Nicole Eberhardt.
