Karl Frederic Feuerpfeil

Karl Feuerpfeil, 87, of Abilene, TX passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in Abilene.   Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00pm Friday, October 7th at The Hamil Family Funeral Home.  Services will be at 10:00am, Saturday, October 8th at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road.  Burial will be at 2:00pm at the Aspermont Cemetery.

Karl was bort to Carl & Josephine Feuerpfeil on March 1, 1935.  He married Nancy Marr in Austin, TX.  Karl was a lieutenant in the United States Air Force, graduated college in Austin as an Aeronautical Engineer and worked to put the first man on the moon.  He worked 29 years in the CIA. 

Karl was preceded in death by his parents, wife Nancy. 

He is survived by nephews Robert Pekel, Chris Malmsten, nieces Mary Donnelly & Christine Freimoth and her sister-in-law Sherry Hill.

Karl will be missed by all.  He was charitable to those in need, loved by family, friends & neighbors.
