Justin Keesee, 36, of Abilene, found eternal peace on Wednesday August 24th 2016.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 28th from 3-5 pm at The Hamil Family Funeral Home at 6449 Buffalo Gap, Abilene. Following visitation, a celebration of life service will be held at 6 pm at Beltway Park South Campus, 4009 Beltway S., Abilene.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, August 29th at Holy Family Catholic Church, 5410 Buffalo Gap Road with Father Adam Droll officiating. Burial will follow the service at Clyde Catholic Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Hamil Family Funeral Home.
Justin was born in Abilene, Texas on July 10, 1980. He attended Cooper High School in Abilene. He worked as a Wind Technician with Blattner Energy, Inc. As a believer in Christ, he enjoyed assisting members of the Abilene community through the Boots on the Ground ministry with Beltway Park Church. He loved to spend time with family and friends rooting on the Rangers or the Cowboys. Even more he loved watching his daughter Rylee Keesee and son Cutter Keesee play soccer, volleyball, baseball and run track. Bonding with his brothers and close friends over a round of golf always made his day. He was the first to make you smile with a joke and always had a fun prank in his back pocket. Everyone who knew him can instantly remember his infectious smile and larger than life laugh. He was a loyal and supportive Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend.
Justin was preceded in death by his father, Randall Gene Keesee, his grandfather Delbert Gene and grandfather Harold L. Smith Sr.
Justin is survived by his loving daughter Rylee Keesee and devoted son Cutter Keesee. He is also survived by his mother Terri Carter and second father Andy Carter; brother Chad Keesee and wife Brittney, brother Tyler Keesee and wife Ashley, Sister Rebecca Parvaresh and husband Jami, Sister Amanda Alexander and husband Tyson, and brother Cody Carter. His grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Smith, lovingly named by him as his Nanny. His grandmothers Shirley Smart and Robbie Conger. Also including his nieces and nephews; Karsen Keesee, Payton Keesee, Cason Keesee, and Blakely Keesee. He is also survived by beloved uncles Buster Smith and wife Karen, Jerry Smith and wife Susan, Marty Keesee and wife Machele, and David Keesee and wife Jayne. His godmother Susan Cook and husband Steve. Also survived by Rachel Welch Keesee, Courtnee Keesee, and many cousins, friends and extended family.
Pallbearers will be: Cody Carter, Mark Lindsey, Jami Parvaresh, Walker Rainey, Cody Smith, and Hagan Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial donations be made to the Boots on the Ground ministry through Beltway Park Church or your charity of choice.
