John Beall

John Carroll Beall, 72, of Abilene, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023. He was born on September 15, 1950, in Gorman, TX to John Earl and Ruby Esther Beall.

John grew up in Albany, TX and graduated from Albany High School in 1969. He received his bachelor's degree from Howard Payne University in 1973. John married Debbie Allen on June 6, 1981, in Ardmore, OK. John spent most of his career building homes in Abilene. He retired from the Abilene State Supported Living Center. When he wasn't working, John enjoyed spending time at Lake Brownwood with his lake friends. He loved to fish, affectionately earning the nickname "Crappie King." Most of all, he lived for his kids and grandkids and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Ruby Esther Beall, and his son Kevin Beall Tate.

John is survived by his wife Debbie Beall, daughter Kimberly Beall and husband Joel Uribe, son Jud Beall and wife Jennifer, sisters Sally Beall and Vita Weehunt, and grandchildren: Kailey and Madison Tate, Grayson and Maryn Beall, and Hannah and Caroline Poehls.
