Jed E Henrie Jr, our loving husband, son, brother, father, and friend passed away peacefully at his home in Abilene, Texas, September 27, 2019.
Jed was born August 3, 1955 in San Diego CA to Dorothy and Jed E. Henrie Sr, and married Linda Ann Riddle Henrie in 1985.
Jed's professional career was spent as a successful and dedicated IT Consultant, with his motivation and goals being to always provide for his family. Jed was a generous, kind and loving man who freely shared his love for his dear wife and family; his joy was in his 17 grandchildren who always put a smile on his face and warmed his heart. Family games and early morning fishing trips, which were family favorites, were Jed’s most loved memories. His faith and his family is what he lived for—and is what mattered most to him. He left an impression on all those he came in contact with, and will be missed by his family, friends, and all who had the opportunity to interact with him.
