Glenda Kaye Snyder

Glenda Kaye Snyder, 65, of Hawley, Texas, passed away Friday, September 10, 2010 in Hospice Care at Hendrick Medical Center. A graveside memorial service will be held in Cedar Hill Section of Abilene Municipal Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, with Bro. David Cason officiating, directed by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Rd. in Abilene. Glenda was born on July 28, 1945 in Abilene, Texas. She was the daughter of Lawrence and Ruby Hill. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brothers Dubby Hill and Jerry Bumbard; and sisters Erma Hicks and Linda Snow. Glenda is survived by her daughter Paige Rutledge; two granddaughters Tori Rutledge and Shelbi Rutledge and also one great-grandson on the way; and many nieces and nephews including one special niece, Nicole Bumbard. She had many wonderful and special friends all of whom will miss Glenda greatly. We all love you "Maw-Maw". In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 209 S.
