Gerry A. Rowley

Gerry A. Rowley, 86, of Baird, passed away Friday, September 18, 2020. Gerry was born August 8, 1934 in Polar, Texas to Raymond and Ardis Key. She married Clarence W. Rowley in Mertzon, Texas on March 3, 1956. She was a laboratory and radiology technician until she was 75. She was certified as an X-ray Technician at the Abilene Minor Emergency Clinic where she worked for 20 years. Gerry loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Robert Rowley and wife Angie of Baird; daughter, Diane Long and husband Joe of Arlington, TX; and four grandchildren, Colby Rowley and wife Danielle, Brice Long, Shannon Goldstrich and husband Andrew, and Craig Rowley. Cremation arrangements are being made by The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene. No services are planned at this time.
