Eddie Green

George Edward "Eddie" Green, 49 passed away on July 10, 2024, in Abilene Texas. 

Visitation will be held will be at 10 a.m., Friday, July 19, 2024, with a Memorial Service to follow at 11 a.m. at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road with Pastor Craig Sanders of Zion Lutheran Church officiating. 

Eddie was born in Midwest City, OK to Chris Sederbaum and Denny Green on January 24, 1975. He married Stacy Morgan on October 21, 1995 in Montgomery, AL. 

He worked in computer information / security at various locations to include working for the Defense Intelligence Systems Agency at Gunter AFB, AL, NATO SHAPE in Belgium, the Tennessee Computing Center for the IRS in Memphis,TN and the Department of Defense in Prattville, AL. Since 2011, Eddie has worked remotely as the Director of Special Operations for OccamSec, based in NYC, NY.

Eddie and his family moved to Abilene, TX in 2016. He loved Texas from the start and quickly became a Texan; you rarely saw him without a cowboy hat and boots on. He loved his family and he loved spending time with them. He enjoyed talking about computers, politics, eating out and watching movies with his wife Stacy. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Denny Green and his brother, Michael Green. 

Eddie is survived by his wife, Stacy Green, son, Nathan Green, daughter, Kira Green and his mother, Chris Sederbaum.
