Faye Prigmore

Faye Prigmore, 88, passed peacefully from this life surrounded by her family and into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, November 16, 2017. Faye was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She worked as a hairdresser well into her 70's, doing what she loved with friends, and clients who became friends. She was an avid reader, and always had a jigsaw puzzle working with her beloved Alvin. Faye will be remembered and missed by her husband of 65 years Alvin. Her children, Cheryl and Jim Leonard; grandchildren, Misty and Rob Bigham and precious great-grandchildren, Stetson, Pearce, and Taryn Rea Bigham. Also, a special nephew, Roger Battershell, Tony Moore and sister, Sandra Moore and brother, Ronnie Tucker. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Elmwood Memorial Park with Jeff Hatcher and Billy Crim officiating. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hendrick Hospice Care or Wylie United Methodist Church.
