Dorothy Jean Hudson

It is with great sadness we share the loss of our beloved mother, Dorothy Jean Trigg Hudson, December 25, 2006 at her home in Abilene, Texas. She will be missed greatly by her family. Viewing and visitation will be today, Wednesday, December 27th, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Colorado City Cemetery with Rev. Jon Sims officiating. Dorothy received a B.S. Degree from North Texas University. She has been resident of Abilene for 23 years, moving from Colorado City. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist. She was the widow of Billy Joe Hudson, who passed away in 1983, and the daughter of Dan and Ina Trigg, who also preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons, Joe Dan Hudson and Scott Hudson and his wife Kim, all of San Antonio, TX; one daughter, Jeane Hudson Bolin and her husband Hobie of Colorado City; seven grandchildren, Juston Hudson, Amber Hudson Sadler and her husband Brandon, Shilah, Heath, and Hadley Hudson, Chris Bolin and his wife Nikol, and Callie Chamberlain and her husband Casey; and three great-grandchildren, Jordan and Wyatt Sadler and Chayni Jo Chamberlain.
