Dorotha Bill Kiser

Dorotha Bill Kiser, 90, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in Abilene, Texas. Born in Breckenridge, Texas on March 27, 1925. She was the daughter of Tolbert T. Brewer and Gladys Elsie Rambo Brewer. A graduate of Breckenridge High School. She married C.D. “Speck” Kiser on November 12, 1946. A faithful member of the Eula Methodist Church, she was a nurse, a profession she entered at the age of fifty-three. She was preceded in death by her husband Speck, her parents, her sister Patsy Evans, her brother Jack Odell, her daughter-in-law Kathy Kiser and her sister-in-law Betty Brewer. Survivors include her children Kloyece Irvin and husband Larry Irvin, Jerry Kiser and wife DeAun Kiser, Jack Kiser and Kenneth Kiser and wife Joyce. Her brother John Brewer and sisters Elain Wood and husband Roy and Lalah True. Five grandchildren, Allison Richards and husband Joey, Lauren Wright and husband Cory, Sara Kiser, Cole Kiser and Chase Kiser & wife Christi. Four great-grandchildren, Case Richards, Arden Richards, Raif Wright and Colton Kiser. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 4, 2016 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene, Texas. Visitation with the family will follow the service. Interment will be at the Harpersville Cemetery, Stephens County, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home.
