Dennis G. Tevebaugh, 70, died Thursday, May 25, 2006 in Abilene. A funeral service, with military honors, has been rescheduled to 1:00 P.M. on Monday, May 29, at The Hamil Family Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Tye Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Dennis was born in Watova, Oklahoma on June 9, 1935 to Lowell and Vivian Marrs Tevebaugh. He served in the United States Air Force for 24 years before retirement, and then worked at General Dynamics for 15 more years where he also retired. Survivors include: his wife Shirley of Tye; three sons, John L., Troy G. and Owen K. Tevebaugh; a daughter, Joni L. Tevebaugh; three brothers, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
