Dale W. Sudberry

Dale W. Sudberry, 52, of Abilene, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 in Abilene.

Visitation will be from 1-2:30 p.m. Monday April 1, 2019 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. Monday, at Elmwood Memorial Park with David Cason, officiating.   Arrangements are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home.

Dale was born on September 6, 1966 in San Angelo, Texas. He moved to Abilene in 1967. He was an automobile mechanic for Jim Clark Automotive for over 15 years. Dale loved stock car racing at the IMCA Modified at Abilene Speedway. He also worked as an electrician for 4 years.

Dale is survived by his mother and step father, Jerry and Jerry Young of Abilene; his father and step mother, Bill and Texann Sudberry of Breckenridge, Texas; four sons, Justin, Wyatt and Westin Sudberry all of Abilene and Kase Sudberry of Midland, Texas; four daughters, Tiffany, Sierra Sudberry of Abilene, Jaliegh Sudberry of Spring, Texas and Kenley Sudberry of Midland;  two brothers, Darren Sudberry and wife Kris of Carrolton, Texas and Damon Sudberry and wife Paula of Abilene and two grandchildren.

Family suggests memorials may be made to the Broadview Baptist Church, 2500 S 27th Street, Abilene, Texas 79605.
