Daine Edward Beasley

Daine Edward Beasley, 68 of Abilene passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 in Abilene. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, December 7 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene. Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 8 at the Second Baptist Church with Bro. Steven W. Parker officiating. Burial will follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery. Daine was born in Abilene to Scott and Cora Beasley on November 5, 1947. He was auto parts manager and mechanic for many years and an active member of the Second Baptist Church. Daine was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Kay foster & nephew, Terry Cooley. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Beasley of Abilene; their son, Russell Beasley and wife Shannon of Bangs; his grandsons, Drake and Benjamin Beasley; two sons from a previous marriage, Michael Howerton and his family and Anthony Howerton and his family; one brother, Larry Beasley and wife Pam of Bangs; and one sister-in-law, Darla McKinnon of Abilene and many other extended family members and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. James Wray and nurse Julie, Dr. Robert Leverton and nurse Sally, Hendrick Hospice Care, especially nurse Lisa, and the loving people of Second Baptist Church. Memorials may be made in honor of Daine Beasley to Second Baptist Church Youth Program or Hendrick Hospice Care.
