Connie Kaye Carter Garrison

Connie Kaye Carter Garrison, 53, of Odessa, Texas, died Monday, July 15, 2013 at an Abilene medical center. She was born on June 23, 1960 in Odessa, where she graduated from high school. Connie was a homemaker. Connie is survived by four sons, Johnny Garrison and wife Sheree of Enid, OK, and Jamey Garrison, Jake Garrison and wife Kaylie, and James Garrison, all of Odessa; his parents, Billy and Marlene Carter of Odessa; four sisters and their spouses, Melinda Garrett and B.D. of College Station, TX, Madena Hamilton and Pat of Saginaw, TX, Marla Carr and Johnny of Killeen, TX, and Bonnie Upshaw and Kenneth of Tonopah, AZ; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene with Pat Hamilton officiating. Interment followed in Elmwood Memorial Park in Abilene. Pallbearers will be Jake Garrison, James Garrison, Jamey Garrison, Johnny Carr and Bernard Garrett.
