Christine Ingram Webb

Christine Ingram Webb went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 24th, 2024 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.

Visitation will be 5 to 7pm on Monday December 30, 2024 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 10:00am Tuesday December 31, 2024 at Hamil Family Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cross Plains Cemetery.

Christine was born October 9th, 1934 in Cross Plains, Texas to Sam and Laura Ingram. She grew up on the family farm between Cross Plains and Cottonwood.

She married John D. Webb on July 5th, 1952 at the Cottonwood Methodist Church. They made their home in Abilene, Texas.

Christine has been a member of the Grace United Methodist Church since the late Fifties.

She worked for Mack Eplen's Cafeteria for 17 years.

Christine is survived by her children, Steve Webb and wife Nancy of Abilene, Christie Harrison and husband Daryl of Abilene; grandchildren, Krystal and Jesse Jones, Steven Webb, Samantha and Chris Laird, Dallas and Christian Villarreal; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; brother, John Ingram and wife Rochell; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, John D. Webb; daughter, Sandra Kay; parents, Sam and Laura Ingram; sister and husband, Lavina and Roy Shepherd; brother and wife, Mitchell and Mary Ingram; niece, Janice Hays.
