Charles Louis Beebe

Charles Louis Beebe, 84, died August 18, 2007 in Abilene. Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hamil Family Funeral Home Chapel, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Burial will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. June 17, 1923, Charles was born in Vandelia, Illinois to Guy Beebe and Jessie (Campbell) Beebe. He graduated from Vandelia High School. Charles moved to Abilene from Merced, CA in 1955. He married Sandra Fraser in Abilene. Charles was a pilot in the United States Air Force during WW II. He retired while stationed at Dyess Air Force Base. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Beebe of Abilene; two sons, Mark Beebe and wife Phyllis of Houston, Gary Beebe and wife Betty of Abilene; one step-son John Harvey of Abilene and one step-daughter Lacey Brinkley of Abilene; four grandchildren, Diane Beebe, Bryan Beebe, Todd Beebe, and Cheryl Foster.
