Billie Howell Peacock

Billie Peacock, 88, of Abilene, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Abilene, Texas. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 11:30 am in the East View Cemetery in Vernon. Billie was born in Seymour, Texas to Jack Howell and Nettie Gough Howell on October 24, 1925. She attended Texas A&M University. Billie was a former Justice of the Peace in Munday, Texas. Billie was preceded in death by son, Lynn Montgomery; father, Jack Howell; mother, Nettie Howell; three brothers and one sister. Billie is survived by nephew, Joe Frank Overton and wife Brenda of Tuscola; grandchildren, Brad Overton and wife Beth of Azle, and Barry Overton of Dallas; great-grandchildren, Lauren and Brook Overton of Azle.
