Betty Jo Moore

Betty Jo Bailey, 83, of Martin Tennessee, passed away on the 9th of March 2022 in Abilene Texas.

Betty Jo was born in Martin, Tennessee to James and Helen Bailey on November 1, 1938. She went to Hover High School in San Diego, California.  She married Robert Eugene Moore on May 11, 1956 in San Diego, California.  Over the years in addition to raising five children she managed her husband’s Fuller Brush office, provided nutritious lunches in the local High School cafeteria, and as a JC Penney’s Home and Lifestyle associate she enjoyed assisting customers decorating their homes.

Betty Jo Bailey was preceded in death by James Bailey, Helen Bailey Perkins, and Robert Moore.

Betty Jo Bailey is survived by her five children and their spouses Richard and Yvette Moore, Lori Nelson, Randall and Violeta Moore, Roger and Beverly Moore, and Russell and Christina Moore, her sister Alice Halstead, and her many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
