Rebecca (Becky) Ann Williams Moody Becky Moody, 58, of Abilene, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Abilene, Texas. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in the Chapel at Beltway Park Church, South, 4009 Beltway South, Abilene, with Josh Hardwick officiating. Burial will follow at the Iberis Cemetery. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Becky was born in Abilene, Texas to Virgil and Inez Williams on May 9, 1958. She went to school in Abilene. She graduated from Cooper High School and received her bachelor’s degree from McMurry University. Becky worked as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) for Disability Resources Inc. for 24 years. Becky was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Williams. Becky is survived by her mother, Inez Williams, her son, Andrew Benson, her two daughters, Neeca Martin and Kaitlyn Moody; and her grandchildren, Lyla Benson and Jaxon Martin. Pallbearers will be Haven Martin, Jerit Martin, Richard Smith, Clint Cantrell, Kye Burris and Joshua Fitchett. Memorials or donations may be given to Disability Resources Inc., 3602 North Clack St., Abilene, TX 79601 and/or Iberis Cemetery, 9101 Hardwick Rd., Abilene, Texas 79606 in her memory.
