Audra Estelle Fowler Williams

Audra Estelle Fowler Williams, 77, died Friday, June 8, 2007 at a local hospital. April 13, 1930, Audra was born to Arch and Audra Elizabeth "McIntire" Gafford in Turkey, Texas. She lived in Abilene for 13 years after moving from Benton, Arkansas. She retired from the Abilene State School where she worked in food service. Audra was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Steven Baird. She is survived by one son, Richard Scott Fowler and wife, Melinda of Benton, Illinois; two daughters, Gayle Baird and husband, Danny and Dianne Ashton both of Abilene; one sister, Ladell Brown of Morrelton, Arkansas, and seven grandchildren.
