Arthur E. "Trey" Hall, III, 53, died Thursday, November 5, 2009, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7, in Elmwood Memorial Park under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene, with Dr. Phil Briggs and the Reverend Mary Glover officiating.
Trey was born May 21, 1956 in Amarillo, Texas, to Dr. Arthur E. Hall, Jr. and Molly C. Hall.
Trey was a 1974 graduate of Cooper High School and attended The University of Texas-Austin for 3-1/2 years. He was employed by the National Association of Securities Dealers Inc.-Arbitration Department in New York City for ten years. In recent years, Trey was an Administrative Advocate in Social Security Disability Representation.
He was a past member of the New York Road Runners Club, Dramatists Guild of America and Alpha Psi Omega Theatrical Fraternity.
Trey was preceded in death by his grandparents and his mother, Molly C. Hall. He is survived by his father, Dr. Arthur E. Hall, Jr. of Abilene; brother, Mike Hall of Fort Worth; and one niece, one nephew and one great-niece.
